Sticky Joys is a Canadian sole proprietorship based in Ottawa, Ontario, operating at stickyjoys.online. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Sticky Joys offers two types of products:
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
By completing a purchase, you authorise Sticky Joys to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes.
Physical sticker sheets are produced and shipped by Prodigi, our print-on-demand partner. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. Sticky Joys is not responsible for delays caused by Prodigi, carriers, or customs.
Digital downloads are delivered automatically to your email address immediately after payment is confirmed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your file within a few minutes.
⚠️ Digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
For physical sticker sheets, we will offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives damaged or with a production defect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We do not accept returns for change of mind on physical orders once production has begun, as each order is printed on demand.
All designs, artwork, characters, and content on Sticky Joys — including sticker designs created in collaboration with our young artist — are the exclusive intellectual property of Sticky Joys.
By purchasing our products, you receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use the designs for personal enjoyment only. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
Our products are designed for children, but our website is intended to be used by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Sticky Joys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
We make no warranties beyond those required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
